WHO AM I ?

About me

My name is Marie, I am a young French 19 years old woman passionate about different types of art.
Since I was a child, I have been creating and exploring imaginary worlds and expressing my emotions through drawings, and more recently I have started to venture into the world of 3D modeling and environment design.
During the last few months, I've had the chance to collaborate with the famous groups and other small independent studios. This allowed me to deepen my knowledge, and to acquire new skills such as 3D modeling.
But before all of this, I have built an experience in illustration and environment design by myself, with my one and only source of motivation ; passion.

What Inspires me

As an artist, I would say that my biggest source of inspiration is Avatar. Having grown up with the first film, I still watch it at least three times a year. And of course, my admiration has only deepened with the release of Avatar: The Way of Water in 2022 and Ubisoft’s game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.However, Avatar is not my only cinematic inspiration. The How To Train Your Dragon series, including its memorable soundtrack, has also left a lasting impact on me. And every time I watch them, it feels like taking a deep breth of fresh air and escaping reality.Beyond films, I am also an avid reader with a deep appreciation for romance and fantasy novels. My passion for reading began with an Italian book series, Cronache del Mondo Emerso, which is filled with mystical beings such as dragons, elves, and dwarves. I still remember the day I fell in love with these books, during my trip to Corsica in 2017.I also follow exceptional artists from around the world, all incredibly talented and unique. Every day, they inspire me to become a better artist.

My experience

I am a 100% self-taught artist.
I started drawing during elementary school, and got serious at the end of middle school when I acquired my first drawing tablet, combined with the sudden arrival of the COVID-19 lockdown.A french YouTube chanel made me fall in love with traditional drawing ; TutoDraw. Ever since then, art is one of my strongest motivation.After graduating, I made the decision to delay college to pursue my personal projects and dreams, all of that while saving enough money.
